What makes Bravado Jiu-Jitsu a wiser choice?

* Most martial arts schools focus primarily on stand-up techniques such as punching and kicking. they ignore the fact that 95% of all REAL confrontations and attacks occur in grappling range. If they don't begin in Grappling range, they will eventually end there!

* To be effective at jiu-jitsu, you do NOT need to be flexible, strong , fast, big or tough!

* The problem with relying on just punching or kicking is that your opponent may have a longer reach, better reflexes or maybe tougher or faster. The reality is no one likes to get hit and conditioning yourself to get hit is unrealistic

* Grappling is easy to learn and you will see results within weeks!
