Our Jiu-Jitsu program is divided into the following sections:

BJJ Fundamentals -

The BJJ Fundamentals Program consists of 26 class, designed to teach the overall self-defense strategy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It will teach you the basics, from learning how to fall, to clinching, taking down and successfully setting up and applying a submission hold as well as various escapes. This technique repetition filled stage of your training will slowly prepare you to begin drilling at a full resistance in the Intermediate program.

Level: White Belt Beginner
Uniform Requirements : White Kimono (gi)

BJJ Intermediate -

The BJJ Intermediate Program is designed for the more experienced BJJ Practicioner to hone their Grappling skills. Technical classes (Gi & No-Gi) will show techniques taught in a progressive manner. Grappling Training Classes are introduced to allow the student to "Roll" to interact their skills with another student.

Level: White Belt 1st stripe

BJJ Advanced -

The BJJ Advanced Program is designed for the student who has attained the rank of blue belt and above. Students will learn Variations and sequences to sharpen their grappling game.
